1,000 Exercise Books Donated and a Vision for More

On Saturday 12 July, we visited Rest Haven Primary School as part of our annual Exercise Book Campaign — an initiative focused on equipping vulnerable learners with the basic tools they need to succeed.

Thanks to the generous support of our partners and donors, we were able to donate over 1,000 exercise books to 95 children from disadvantaged backgrounds. These books go beyond paper and lines — they represent access, dignity, and the right to learn with confidence.

During the visit, we also held a session with parents and guardians, sharing our long-term vision for Rest Haven. We emphasized that our commitment is not just about once-off donations, but about partnering with communities to create sustainable, empowering learning environments.

The need remains urgent. Rest Haven Primary faces overcrowded classrooms, limited resources, and inadequate sanitation facilities. As our next step, we are fundraising for a borehole to provide reliable access to clean water and for plumbing materials to upgrade the school’s toilet system.

This is only the beginning. With your continued support, we can create real, lasting change — one child, one classroom, one school at a time.
