Tendai is the co-founder of the Trust, driven by a passion for sustainable impact and community empowerment. With a background in information systems, strategy, and social innovation, he leads the Trust’s vision, forging partnerships and designing programs that uplift vulnerable communities through education, infrastructure, and targeted development initiatives.

Statergy & Planning
Tanaka is a seasoned strategist and data specialist with expertise in building and implementing effective business management systems. As Founder & CEO of Robust365 and Co-Founder of SMC, he brings to the Trust deep experience in marketing, data analysis, and dashboard development—helping optimize operations and support data-driven community development initiatives.

Geraldine Mukumbi is a writer and educator from Ngezi, currently pursuing a PhD at Stanford as a Knight-Hennessy scholar. With global teaching experience and a strong focus on literacy and Zimbabwean education history, she supports our Trust by guiding education-focused projects that empower learners and improve access to quality education.

Munyaradzi is a seasoned Project Manager at Sesani, with experience across construction, mining, and finance. Passionate about sustainable infrastructure and uplifting vulnerable communities, he partners with our Trust, applying his expertise to help drive impactful infrastructure projects across Africa, particularly in East and Southern Africa.
